Multi-Point Video Conferencing Options
The person who is speaking is seen full screen.
Use this set up when one location is doing a majority of the speaking.
The screen shows the site that is speaking. If your location is not
speaking, it's a good idea to have your site muted, to avoid distracting
screen flipping.
Two sites are visible on the screen at once, and
viewed side by side. This option is used mainly for interactive meetings
between three sites.
Four sites are visible on the screen at once, and
the screen is divided into 4 equal parts. This option is used mainly
for interactive meetings between four-to-five sites.
Six sites are displayed at once. The main
presenter is shown is the larger box, while the other five site border
the bottom & right side. This view is used when the presenter and
participants want to see each other but still have focus on the
presenter.
Nine sites are visible on the screen at once and the screen is divided into 9 equal parts. This option is used mainly for interactive meetings between 8-10 sites.
